Challenge
A midsized oil and gas company wanted to establish a structured remediation and reclamation program. As a first step toward that goal, Earthmaster was contracted to complete 135 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) within a three month time frame.

Solution
Earthmaster assembled a team of environmental professionals with considerable oil and gas field expertise, extensive Phase I ESA experience, and in-depth knowledge of air photo interpretation. For each site, the team completed all necessary aspects of the Phase I ESAs and wrote detailed reports.

Outcome
With our efficient work flow processes and database management systems we streamlined the work and met the client’s deadline. For all 135 sites, high quality, comprehensive and accurate reports were delivered along with a go-forward plan, including associated costs for any recommended follow-up work. This enabled the client to develop a prioritized R & R program. In addition, the comprehensive and all-inclusive Phase I ESAs were an excellent resource for future operational or environmental decision makers.
